For the grain box bread, preheat the oven to 220 °C top and bottom heat. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Put flour in a bowl, add spices and grains and mix. Crumble in yeast and mix again. Add olive oil and lukewarm water and beat briefly.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes, beat it again, put it into the loaf pan, sprinkle with water and bake for about 30 minutes, switching back to 200 °C after 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool.
