Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla sugar. Stir in the flour and baking powder and fold in the sliced Boskop apples.

Pour the mixture into a greased oven pan form and bake at 200 °C for about 30-40 minutes.

Mix the powdered sugar with the juice of one lemon and spread the glaze evenly on the hot cake.

Preparation 20 min. Baking time: 30-40 min.
