Instructions:

For the pluck cake, first prepare the dough. For the dough, mix the ingredients together in order. Then make the topping.

Press 2/3 of the dough into a large tart pan or rectangular cake pan. Spread the topping on top and sprinkle the remaining dough on top like crumbles.

Bake the pluck cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. (Test with chopsticks).
