Instructions:

1st type: Prepare a strong pasta dough from the above ingredients, grate on a grater, dry the onions, a quarter of an hour before serving, mix leisurely into boiling root soup or beef broth or Maggi broth, bubble and season with freshly grated nutmeg and chives.

2nd type: need as above. Mix egg with a little liquid and gradually add to the flour, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, grate the flour by hand until uniform graters are formed, then continue as above.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
