Gratinated Cauliflower with Pepper Potato

Instructions:

Clean cauliflower. Remove the stem wedge-shaped for filling. Make cauliflower in salted water in about ten minutes.

In the meantime, fry mince in hot oil until crumbly. Add diced onion, chopped parsley, bread crumbs and egg yolk to the cooled mince form. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Drain the cauliflower well and press the mince between the cauliflower florets. Place the cauliflower in a greased ovenproof dish and top with slices of cheese. Place in the oven and bake at 220 °C / gas mark 4 (convection oven 190 °C ) for about twenty to thirty minutes.

For the pepper pot, mix the curd cheese and crème fraîche. Season with salt, sugar and peppercorns. Serve with the cauliflower.
