Instructions:

Cut a lid off the tomato and chop it into small pieces.

Hollow out the tomatoes.

Fry the finely diced onion and leave to cool.

Finely chop basil.

Dice mozzarella.

Mix onion, basil, mozzarella, whipped cream, long grain rice, ham and egg and season heartily with salt.

Fill the mixture into the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes in a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with Emmentaler.

Bake at 240 °C for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden. Serve warm.
