Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Dice melanzane and place in salted water for 20 min. Make beans 2 min in salted water. Clean, rinse and chop tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, potatoes and feta cheese. Put all ingredients in a Roman pot or roaster, seasoning each layer with salt, pepper and oregano. Crush garlic clove, stir with oil and white wine and pour over vegetables. Cover the pot with a lid or aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 200 °C for 1 quarter of an hour.

Then bake without foil for another quarter of an hour. It goes well with pita bread. **
