Instructions:

For the green salad with roasted peppers, place the peppers in the basket and slide the basket into the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer.

Set the timer to 10 minutes and roast the peppers at 200 °C until the skin is slightly browned.

Place the peppers in a bowl and cover with a lid or cling film. Let the peppers rest for 10-15 minutes.

Then cut the peppers into four pieces and remove the seeds and white skin. Cut the peppers into strips.

Mix the dressing in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of the bell pepper liquid, the lemon juice, the yogurt and the olive oil. Season to taste with pepper and salt.

Toss the romaine and arugula lettuce in the dressing and serve the green salad garnished with roasted red peppers.
