For the Grilled Chicken Breast, place the chicken breasts in a freezer bag and pat flat to create a thin cutlet.

Flavor olive oil with minced garlic and lemon juice and zest.

Season chicken with salt and cayenne pepper and grill briefly on both sides. During the grilling process, constantly brush with flavored olive oil. Add lemon slices to the grill.

Dry roast pine nuts in a pan without oil and chop. Finely chop capers as well. Now top grilled chicken with capers and pine nuts, sprinkle chopped rosemary and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil. Serve the Grilled Chicken Breast with the lemon slices.
