Instructions:

Clean the corn cobs and boil them in unsalted water for about 2 minutes. Then rinse under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Drizzle the cobs all over with clarified butter and place on a hot grill. Since you want them to turn an even golden brown, keep turning them a bit at a time.

Salt and pepper the corn on the cob only after grilling and serve with lemon wedges.
