Instructions:

(approx. 35 min) Rinse cooled fish and pat dry. Season steaks lightly with salt and pepper. Cut olives into slices. Remove peel from garlic cloves and cut into pieces. Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove core and cut into quarters. Grate and squeeze lemons. Place fish steaks and scampi on the grill grate and grill on both sides at not too high temperature.

Oil the vegetables and garlic and place them on the grill. Stir the lemon zest and juice well with the oil. Remove garlic from the broiler, chop. Cut fish steaks in half, spread evenly on plates and drizzle all together with lemon oil. Olives alternately with the garlic on top form.
