For the halloumi vegetable pan, peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then briefly bathe the potato pieces in cold water and then empty it away.

Place the potatoes in a pan with some butter and brown over full heat with the lid closed. Stir briefly every few minutes and then close the lid immediately.

Meanwhile, chop the onion, zucchini and halloumi cheese into small pieces. When the potatoes are golden brown, lower the heat a bit and add the onion.

After a few minutes, add the zucchini pieces and the halloumi cheese and fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally.

When all the ingredients are well browned, turn off the heat, season the halloumi vegetable pan with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and a little chili and leave the finished dish on the stove for a short time under a closed lid.
