Instructions:

Wash the wild garlic in cold water, dry well and chop finely.

In a pan without oil or with very little oil, fry the ham. Add the wild garlic.

When both are well browned, add the whipped cream and let it reduce.

In the meantime, cook the meatballs in salted water until al dente.

Melt butter in another pan, toss the Fleckerl.

Mix the meatballs with the ham and wild garlic mixture and season with salt and pepper.
