Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make the pasta al dente in lots of salted water for so-and-so minutes.

In these seven to nine min. preheat the stove to 200 degrees top bottom heat and cut the ham into small squares, one centimeter side length looks quite good.

Grate the cheese with a grater on the finest setting and then lift the cooked pasta with a ladle directly into the ovenproof baking dish. If there is still a little bit of the cooking water withreintropft is not bad, the macaroni anyway still draw water and otherwise the ham noodles later altogether too dry.

Then add ham, whipped cream and almost all the cheese and bravely salt and pepper. Stir everything well with two spoons or your hands, if it feels too dry you can drip one or two tablespoons of pasta water over it.

Grate the dry, rock-hard breadcrumbs to the remaining cheese – also finest level – and spread this mixture evenly on the pasta.

Off to the stove and bake until golden brown crispy on top.

It goes great with green leaf salad.
