Knead the curd with the butter some salt and the whole wheat flour to a dough. Cover the dough with foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-1 ½ hours. Chop the ham, onion and fry in olive oil. Then add the garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180°. Cut rectangles from the finished dough and spread the filling on them. Fold the dough and press the edges well. Brush the pastries with the beaten egg. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
