For the ham sticks, cut the pizza dough into strips about 25 cm long and 1-2 cm wide. Cut the ham in half lengthwise.
Place the dough and ham on top of each other and wrap around a wooden skewer greased with oil. Mix some oil with garlic powder and brush the dough with it.
Bake the ham sticks in the oven at 170° C for about 10 minutes.
