Arrange the hand cheese whole or cut into slices on a plate. Sprinkle with the onions. Mix vinegar and oil into a marinade and pour over the cheese. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and decorate with parsley.

It goes well with sturdy bread (e.g. rye bread) and apple wine.
