Beat the yolks with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy, add the oil and water.

Stir in the flour sifted with baking powder and the grated lemon. Beat egg whites and sugar until firm and fold in. Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes.

Roll out the fondant and cover the cooled heart spread with jam. Decorate as desired.
