Hearty Bean Stew with Sausages

Instructions:

For the bean stew, first soak the beans overnight in enough water.

Peel and finely dice the onion and fry it together with the cooking oil. Add the parika powder and chili powder and fry very briefly (not too long, otherwise the paprika powder will become bitter).

Then add the vegetable soup and simmer for about 1/2 hour on low heat.

Puree everything well with a hand blender. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Strain the beans and rinse them in cold water.

Add the potatoes, beans, bay leaves, diced hamburger bacon, minced garlic cloves and vinegar.

Simmer over low heat until the potatoes and beans are tender. Remove the bay leaves and season with salt and pepper.

Finally, add the sliced sausages and let the bean stew simmer again for about 10 minutes.
