Instructions:

Clean Chinese cabbage and cut into quarters. Blanch for 10 minutes in boiling beef broth. Drain in a colander.

Cut halves into strips, divide rest into leaves. Fill strips mixed with soy sauce into a buttered gratin dish. Spread evenly on it mixed minced meat, chopped onions, egg, soaked, squeezed bread roll, chopped tomatoes, salt + pepper.

Cover with the cabbage leaves. Season sour cream with salt + pepper. Mix with chopped parsley. Spread evenly on top of cabbage leaves. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Add butter flakes on top. Bake at 200 °C (gas: level 3) for 30-40 min.
