Instructions:

Fry bacon in lard, pour in milk and soup, stir in cooked Heidenbrein and boil well for a few minutes or until thick, remove from heat. Cool, stir in Heiden flour and breadcrumbs, season with salt and parsley. When the mixture has cooled, add the eggs. If the mixture is too soft, add some breadcrumbs. Let rest, form small dumplings with wet hands, boil or simmer in salted water for about 15 minutes.
