For the herb-lemon chicken drumsticks, wash the chicken drumsticks, pat dry and rub with meat seasoning salt. Place them in an ovenproof dish and put them in the oven at 200 °C convection oven.

After about 15 minutes, pour 1/8 l of water over them. Wash the organic lemon with hot water and cut it into slices. Peel the onions and cut them into slices just under 1 cm thick.

After another 15 minutes of baking, place the lemon slices on the chicken drumsticks and spread the onion slices in the pan as well.

Now peel the potatoes, also cut them into slices about 1 cm thick and mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper so that the potato slices are wetted all around with oil and spices.

Put the potatoes in the mold as well and pour the remaining olive oil over them. Now continue baking at 200 °C for about 45 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked), then remove the lemon slices.
