Instructions:

For the Krüter risotto with spicy salami, heat the olive oil and butter in a pot.

Sauté the garlic and shallots until translucent, then add the rice and stir-fry. Deglaze the rice with white wine, bring to a boil, then add a ladle of soup and let it boil away.

Gradually add more soup and let it boil down again and again. Meanwhile, slice the salami and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy. Pluck the leaves from the herbs and chop finely. Stir into the risotto with butter and Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
