Instructions:

Remove strudel dough from refrigerator approx. 10 min. before processing. Brush one dough sheet with salted egg white and cover with basil or parsley leaves at 5 – 6 cm intervals. Place the second pastry sheet on top and cut out small squares (center the herb leaves). Fry the pastry cards in hot oil and drain on kitchen paper.
