Chop the kitchen herbs and put them in a mixing glass form together with sugar, juice of one lemon, salt, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and the yogurt. Pour the milk on top and whisk briefly at high speed and bring to the table on the spot, otherwise it will disintegrate.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
