1. potatoes and carrots 20 min, the beet 40 min and the eggs 10 min in salted water make and cool.

Peel the skin off the potatoes, carrots and beet, then grate everything together coarsely. Peel the eggs and finely grate the egg whites and yolks separately.

For the sauce, mix the yogurt and mayo together and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and bring to the table.

Tip Kristina cooks the vegetables in only one large saucepan, what is cooked is taken out little by little.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
