For the egg liqueur, beat the yolks over steam with a mixer until foamy, finally stir in the powdered sugar.

Add vanilla sugar and the pulp of a vanilla pod. Now beat the mixture in a cold water bath until cold. Add the brandy.

Whip the cream and stir it in. You will get about 1 liter of eggnog from this mixture. Fill the eggnog into a sterile bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
