Honeydew Melon Sorbet

For the honeydew melon sorbet, puree honey, melon and lemon juice in a blender, pour into a plastic container and freeze.

After 2 hours, scrape out with a spoon and serve the honeydew melon sorbet semi-frozen decorated with fruit.
