Instructions:

1. knead a pasta dough from flour, eggs and salt and let it rest for about one hour.

2. then roll out the dough on a little flour and cut it into wide strips

3. tear them into smaller “patches” and dry them on a floured baking sheet

4. subsequently make them in enough salted water, drain, rinse with hot water and drain well

5. render smoked bacon in a frying pan

6. mix curd cheese and sour cream, add rendered bacon fat

7. layer noodles and curd mixture alternately in an ovenproof dish, sprinkling each layer with bacon greaves

8. Bake in the oven for a few minutes.

Our tip: use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
