Score the tomatoes crosswise, put them briefly into boiling water, remove the skin, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut 2/3 into fillets, one third into cubes. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely.

Chop basil coarsely.

Blend tomato flesh, tomato juice and cold-pressed oil well, season with iodized salt and pepper. Empty everything into a large enough bowl, add mustard, garlic, tomato ketchup, horseradish, green pepper, basil and gin. Mix everything well and finally add the diced tomatoes.

Serving:

Arrange in a soup plate and evenly distribute the mozzarella balls on top. Garnish with basil. Finally, add a few ice cubes to the soup.
