For the Indians, beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Beat the egg whites until firm and gently fold into the yolk mixture.

Mix flour with cornflour and add to the mixture (carefully). Spread on a tray with paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Cut out with a round cookie cutter or glass. Fill with cream and pour over liquid chocolate.
