For the Indian banana curry, peel the onion and chop it finely. Melt the butter and lightly fry the onion. Then add the curry powder and also lightly fry. Add the soup, milk and cream and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cut the turkey fillet into strips and then add it to the onion curry sauce. Season with lemon juice, salt and nutmeg and let it steam. Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Add to the Indian banana curry and let steep briefly.
