Instructions:

Warm the Irish Coffee stemmed glass or cup. Pour in the sugar. Warm the whiskey in a heatproof container and light it. Pour burning over the sugar, then top with the hot coffee. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Later, carefully slide the half-whipped whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee. Do not stir again.
