Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Remove the peel from the garlic cloves and chop them, rinse the basil and cut it into fine strips. Grind both together with the salt, the juice of one lemon and gradually adding 3 tbsp of olive oil in a mortar until a paste is formed. Cook the pasta in salted water until not too soft, drain, rinse briefly with cold water and drain. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and reheat the pasta in it. Pour the noodles into a preheated bowl and add the creamy paste.

Serving: Crisp leaf salad.
