Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Make pasta in salted water al dente. Drain and layer in a gratin dish.

Steam mushrooms in half of the butter until soft. Add remaining butter and onion. Sauté for 20 minutes. Fold in flour for one minute. Slowly add milk and clear soup and bring to a boil. Add sherry. Season with pepper and simmer for 1-2 min.

In a small frying pan, bring bell bell pepper strips to a gentle simmer with cold water. Drain and add to mushroom sauce form. Pour half of the mushroom sauce over the pasta and gently stir in. Add the turkey cutlet meat to the remaining mushroom sauce mold. Spread this mixture evenly over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15 min.

Serve with a green salad of the season.
