A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Preparation about.35 min – Rest about 90 min – Bake about 50 min.
Wash flower pots hot, spread with parchment paper. Melt yeast in lukewarm milk, knead together with flour, salt, sugar, yolks, butter to a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for half an hour. Now knead in raisins, candied fruit, citrus peel.
Divide dough in half. Fill 1 half in portions into cooking pans, rise repeatedly for half an hour. Preheat stove to 180 °C. Bake panettoni for 10-25 minutes, depending on size. Take out, cool. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Place 3 panettoni on top of each other, starting with the largest one, so that a tree is formed. Pin each with a wooden skewer. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, decorate with jelly sugar work.
