For the juicy apple pie, beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Add flour, oil, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and baking soda and mix well.

Finally fold in apples. Bake at approx. 200°C for 20-30 minutes (test with a toothpick). Let cool. Melt the chocolate with one or two drops of oil in a water bath. Spread the chocolate glaze on the cake. Let the juicy apple cake cool completely.
