Stir eggs, flour and whipped cream until smooth.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the raisins and then spread the dough evenly on top and fry. Once the dough is browned on both sides, place everything together in the preheated oven at about 200 °C for about 15 minutes, remove and roughly break into pieces with a pan lifter.
Add sugar and butter, caramelize, dust with powdered sugar and serve with cranberries or plum roast.
