Instructions:

Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

Beat egg yolks, sugar, flour and milk until creamy. Slowly stir this batter into the beaten egg whites.

Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the batter, let it brown slightly, turn it over and after a few minutes tear it into small pieces with a wooden spoon.

Serve the Kaiserschmarrn still warm.
