Try this delicious cake recipe:

Soak the quark flour in milk, add cherry brandy. Cream butter until thick, add sugar and egg yolks and beat for 5 min. Add the quark flour and nuts.

Carefully stir in stiffly beaten egg whites, as well as washed and stemmed cherries. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

Serve with: vanilla sauce
