Instructions:

Stir the curd with the cheese well, make it creamy with the whipped cream. Season with a little salt, juice of one lemon, pepper and Tabasco and fold in the kitchen herbs. Melt the gelatin according to package directions and stir into the curd mixture drop by drop. Place in the refrigerator to set. From the mixture, cut out already formed eggs with 2 tablespoons and place them on plates or in small bowls. Put all the ingredients for the sauce into an electric hand mixer and whisk briefly on the highest speed.

Season to taste and offer with the curd eggs.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also have a fresh taste!
