(*) Chives, tarragon, parsley, dill, chervil, basil Soak the gelatin in cold water. Season whipped cream with salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for about 15 min. Stir in kitchen herbs and a squeeze of lime juice. Carefully squeeze the gelatin and let it completely melt in the hot whipped cream, stirring continuously. Shape the crem into 4 cooled rinsed ramekins and set in about 12 hours in the refrigerator.
The Kitchen Herb Panna Cotta tastes very good as an entrée with a light tomato coulis or possibly a tomato salad.
