Place the fruit in a suitable bowl with the juices and the preserving sugar and leave to infuse for 10 to 12 hours. Transfer to a saucepan and stir until everything bubbles together. Make bubbling for 1 minute. Pour in the liqueur, stir and pour the jam into jars. Seal immediately and enjoy soon.
