For the kiwi muesli, peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Toast the oat flakes in a non-stick pan without adding any fat.

Mix the yogurt with the honey until smooth and add the squeeze of lemon juice.

Pour 2 tablespoons of yogurt into a tall glass and place the kiwi slices decoratively on the outside rim of the glass.

Add 2 tablespoons of toasted oatmeal on top of the yogurt and top with the remaining kiwi slices.

Top with the remaining yogurt and sprinkle the kiwi muesli with oat flakes.
