Instructions:

First prepare the marinade. Cut half a green bell pepper and half a yellow bell pepper into small cubes.

Mix well 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, some lemon juice and some mustard. Add the diced peppers.

Peel the kohlrabi, cut into thin slices and arrange on two plates. Spread the marinade over it.
