For the kohlrabi loaf, first roughly grate the kohlrabi and salt it. Let stand for about 1/2 hour and then squeeze.

Add egg, parsley, pepper and corn semolina and let rest again so that the semolina absorbs the remaining liquid.

Mix in breadcrumbs and wholemeal spelt flour and form small loaves, roll them in the breadcrumbs and fry the kohlrabi loaves in hot oil on both sides.
