Slice the white cabbage and stew in the hot lard until soft. Cut the rolls into small pieces, pour hot beef broth over them and soak.

Mix the minced meat, eggs, bread, cabbage, onion and leek rings well and lay out evenly in a roasting iron or possibly in a frying pan.

Finally, place lard cubes on top. Bake in the oven at 180 to 200 °C until golden brown.
