Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat oil(4 tbsp), fry onions until golden, add cloves, garlic, ginger and brown cardamom and fry briefly. Add tomatoes and continue to fry. Spoon in yogurt and continue frying until “oil eyes” are visible. Heat oil(6 tbsp) in a frying pan and fry the meat. Mix the meat , spinach and remaining spices in the saucepan with parade sauce and make until meat is cooked. Sprinkle with garam masala before serving.
