Cut the meat into thin strips and dice the onions. Rinse the spinach, drain and cook in a saucepan without water for five minutes at medium temperature, stirring, and set aside. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the meat in it, add the onion cubes, pine nuts and chili peppers and add a little spinach water. Close the frying pan with the lid and simmer the meat for 15 minutes at low temperature. Then stir in the drained spinach, season with salt, juice of one lemon and the broth extract.
