Instructions:

Knead a water yeast dough from the dough ingredients by putting flour in a suitable bowl, crumbling the yeast into the center and stirring it with a little bit of lukewarm tap water and a little flour to form a damp. Let rise for 10 minutes, then add salt and the remaining tap water.

Beat the dough until it bubbles and comes away easily from the bowl. Let rise again.

Meanwhile, rinse leeks neatly, chop into strips, and steep 1000 cmin in lightly salted tap water at low temperature so that they still have enough bite. Drain and season with curry and a pinch of sugar.

Stir whipped cream, eggs, salt and pepper to make a glaze, roll out yeast dough, spread it on a large round baking dish, pull up the edges. Spread bacon cubes and leek on the bottom, pour the cream mixture over it and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
